Mona Lisa Uncovered ?

A German expert believes the woman in Leonardo da Vinci's most famous portrait is Lisa Gherardini, wife of a Florentine cloth merchant named Francesco del Giocondo. Viet Probst, director of the Heidelberg University Library, said the university's handwriting expert had discovered a reference to her identity in a document that belonged to the painting's early owner.

Vesuvius Ash in Greece...

Greek archaeologists claim to have found ash & lava spewed out by the Mt. Vesuvius volcano in 79 AD around Lake Mygdonia, which is near Thessaloniki and about 400 miles from Vesuvius.

Headed down to the Croatian Cultural Center, for a great band from Milano, Italy, called Lacuna Coil. They are metal veterans that have been around since 1994 or so. They have toured with the likes of Tool, G&R, Ozzfest & Rob Zombie. The show was super energetic, they really worked the crowd. Metal is still alive and well in Vancouver, BC ! ! !
